Listen 1: This Is the Third Time

I understand your frustration. Can you remind me of your order number?

Our policy is to address issues within 48 hours, but I see this has taken longer.

I take your point. What would you like us to do to resolve this?

We can process a partial refund by Friday. Does that work?

Great. I'll initiate the refund today, and it should be in your account by Friday.

Understood. Thank you for your patience, Nina.
