Negative

will + not + have + past participle — no did anywhere.

I will not have finished. → I won't have finished.
She will not have left. → She won't have left.

Question

Put will in front of the subject. Keep have after it.

Will you finished? dropped the have. Did you will have finished? is two helping verbs in a fight.

Short answers

Answer with will, not with the main verb.

• Will you have finished? — Yes, I will. / No, I won't.
• Will she have left? — Yes, she will. / No, she won't.
