Max: So, we're almost there, but the delivery schedule is still a sticking point.
Nina: Right, but if we adjust the payment terms, that could give us some flexibility.
Max: Adjust how? We've been over this a dozen times.
Nina: Well, if we can push the first payment to next quarter...
Max: Next quarter? That's going to throw off our entire cash flow.
Nina: But it aligns with your fiscal year, doesn't it?
Max: It does, but the board's breathing down my neck for results by the end of this month.

Max: Mid-month... I might be able to swing that if we can lock in the delivery by then.
Nina: Deal, but let's keep the penalty clause out of it for now.
Max: Fine, but we revisit it in the next quarter review.
Nina: Agreed. So, we have a tentative plan, but still some loose ends.
Max: Yeah, but at least we're moving forward, right?
