Despite multiple attempts to resolve this matter informally, I have not received a satisfactory response.

The laptop was delivered on September 5, 2023, but it has consistently failed to operate as advertised. Specifically, the battery life is significantly shorter than the ten hours claimed on your website, lasting only three hours under identical conditions. This discrepancy constitutes a breach of the warranty terms outlined in your product documentation.

I kindly request that you either replace the faulty laptop or issue a full refund of $1,200. Should this matter not be resolved by October 31, 2023, I will have no choice but to escalate the issue to the Consumer Protection Agency.
